Master of Law and Master of Telecommunications. He has been responsible for the creation of the State Policy of Internet Development in Ukraine since the creation of the Ministry in 2019. He works in the wartime and strives for wins on the telecommunication battlefield He has 4 years of experience at Ukrtelecom being an operation region manager, and more than 7 years in the banking sector (mainly at Raiffeisen Group) he implemented bank operational risk management and bank`s information security systems.
