Tom Boswell is a Senior Manager in Openreach responsible for leading a team of technical experts covering innovation, specification, evaluation and selection of network components and tools for the Openreach fibre and copper network. Covering all passive aspects of the network from cables and connectivity. Providing the technical leadership supplier contracts ensuring Openreach as the right products to achieve the ambitious build targets for a full-fibre network whilst maintaining existing service on legacy networks. He has 25 years of telecom experience across both fibre and copper access technologies as well as the system developments required to support operational deployment and management of networks.
