Secretary General of Telecommunications and Regulation of Audiovisual Communication Services, at the MINISTRY FOR ECONOMIC AFFAIRS AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (SPAIN) 

FUNCTIONS 

Regulation, promotion and development of telecommunications, digital infrastructures and audiovisual communication services and participation in international working groups of telecommunications and audiovisual communication services.

• 1997 M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the UPM (Spain).
