Manuel leads the departments of Engineering and Technology, and Deployment, O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of ASTEO Red Neutra, first only wholesale FTTH rural operator fully focused on bringing connectivity to low density areas in Spain. Manuel has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and has been responsible for FTTH deployments at Lyntia, Director of the Central Delegation at Verne, Head of FTTH deployments at Ericsson in the Mediterranean region. A Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he is an enthusiast of the right of people to have a broadband connection and of the connected society.
