Joaquin Guerrero has worked in the telecommunications industry for the past 30 years. As a consultant he has developed his professional career working for the main industry groups on both sides of the Atlantic, including Telefónica, Claro, Tigo, Orange, Vodafone, Entel, MásMóvil and many other clients. He is currently responsible in Nae for Network services globally. His goals include creating the conversations that will change the telecommunications industry in the coming years. His areas of expertise in the Telco industry include product definition, Fiber infrastructure design and deployment, IT transformation and new business models with a specific focus on quality impact and customer experience.
