Peter Hendrick is the CEO of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), and leads the team behind one of the most ambitious telecoms projects in the world. Peter has well over 20 years of telecom, engineering, sales, and executive experience having held senior roles in Siemens, AirSpeed Telecom (which he co-founded) and Enet. Having worked on Ireland’s National Broadband Plan (NBP) since 2015, Peter successfully led NBI through the competitive tender as the Managing Bid Director and is ideally placed to explain the objectives of this transformative project, as well as giving an update on the progress of this once in a generation infrastructure deployment.
